The Workout

At To Be Free there are no weights, treadmills or bikes, just an easy to learn interval training workout for all ages and fitness levels. 

WORKOUT

The simple and effective workout consists of resistance machines and free stations (exercise pads). 

Starting on a free station, you make your way around the circuit changing every 30 seconds (don't worry a cue tape will let you know when to move on!).  Unlike conventional gyms a supervised 10 second heart rate check is carried out every seven minutes to monitor your workout progress.  By doing this the trainer ensures you are staying in the zone for the results you wish to achieve.

COOL DOWN

During your induction you will be shown a series of stretches. 
This is an essential part of the workout, not only ensuring no muscles soreness, but is also excellent in increasing flexibility and aids relaxation.

The workout is recommended three times a week for maximum results. 

To Be Free is not only excellent for weight and inch loss but also increases confidence, vitality and energy.
